Johnny Silver surprisingly isn't a Liverpudlian like his Beatle alter-ego John Lennon, he in facts hails from Germany.

Johnny's musical career began at the age of 16, when he performed in various cover bands. From there he became a freelance musician, writing and performing his own music. This led to him forming The Silver Beatles in 1996, and later The Lennon Revival Band in 1999.

Johnny and the band are a huge success at Beatle conventions around the world, especially at Liverpool's Beatle Week. He has performed at many famous Beatle sights, including The Cavern, The Casbah, Strawberry Field and Quarry Bank School.
